How do you calculate the revolutions?

Hello,

Can someone help me solve this problem? I've been sitting here for a while and can't seem to make any progress. Please provide a solution. I'm sure I'm making some kind of logical error.

So my idea:

you have two powers to look at. Weight and centrifugal force.
F=8m*g 8 for 8 times

and Fz=mw^2/r

If we set the same, the following applies:

mw^2/r=8m

how you can see the masses cut off

W^2 =8mgr

r is the distance to the pivot point or the radius.

then you can calculate w. And you tell the speed by

N=w/2pi
