How do photos/images affect sleep?

Do all photos/pictures have positive and negative memories, even if the photos/pictures themselves were nice experiences?

Photos/images can also be psychologically stressful. If you look at a photo/image and then have trouble sleeping, where do the bad memories come from if you haven't experienced anything stressful that could be associated with the photo/image in question?

What if, for example, there is a very nice, lovely person in the photo/picture and you are reminded of a similar person who did something bad to you?

But what if you don't know anyone similar and you start having nightmares, for example? Where does the negative feeling come from?

If you haven't experienced anything similar that was negative, could it be memories from a past life?

What are your experiences?

Let’s just assume there’s only one life you live. It’s enough.

Everything you experience the day can affect your night sleep. That’s why we dream: The brain processes the experienced/looking – our feelings.

You can’t affect everything you see and experience. That’s it. So make sure you’re okay – all that you can influence. And that’s a lot!

I don’t know. I haven’t even lived.
