How do I write this?

Hi, there was an incident at my school that involved me. It was resolved for me, but not for the school social worker. I found the incident pathetic, so I wrote to him, "I don't care, I let kids be kids," meaning that what happened was completely unnecessary. Now, one question: Should I have written the sentence differently? What should have been between "Kids and Kids"? A hyphen?

I don’t care, because I will leavee Be children.

  • I’d just explain why I don’t care what happened, that’s why “because.”
  • When you write, it’s called “I leave”. Without “e” it is spoken language.
  • At the end of a sentence belongs a point.
  • There’s nothing between “children’s children.” With any record, all the information would be broken.
