How do I stop snacking?
Hello, I really want to lose weight, but unfortunately, I lack the discipline. I keep snacking and eating so much that I get a stomach ache. I've tried writing down things to distract myself from not eating, but that hasn't worked either. Does anyone know what I could do about it? I really want to stick with this and put an end to it without constantly failing.
I’ve got the problem too. Don’t have a perseverance. I had taken a lot of weight once and that by motivation with other people who wanted to lose weight. You then have motivated each other and set goals. Besides, we had always rewarded ourselves with gifts when we had reached our goal.

And very important: find out why you can’t control yourself, so what the motivation behind it is and try to solve it. I’m stress and frustration. If I can solve, avoid or overcome any stress and frustration, the craving for any snacks falls again.
Don’t buy anything for snacking. It is easier to get the 30minutes in the store, not to be tempted by offers etc than then to dominate 6 hours in the evening in front of the TV.
Try to reverse your desire for something else. Calorie-free gums about or almost calorie-free rice wafers, at best mandarins or grapes, depending on the season.
