How do I specify dates and periods on my CV?

Hello, I need a resume for a job application (not for a permanent job, I just finished school). My question:

I've almost always used the format MM/YY-MM/YY for dates. However, I once had a one-week internship, which is also relevant for this application, but I'm not sure whether I should simply use 10/2022 or 10/25/2022 – 10/29/2022 as the date. I also want to know whether I should use the exact date on my certificate for obtaining my degree (high school diploma) with DD/MM/YY or just MM/YY.

Can I also include certificates or internship certificates mentioned in my CV on the next page? Thanks in advance.

So I don’t have a day in there. Always MM/JJ. Looks much more serious and calmer. And if you’re doing certificates and proofs, you’re left to yourself, I’d sort them in the CV if at all with skills. Detections rather not in the resume but simply in the folder
