How do I sew in a zipper?

A one-piece cushion panel: A zipper is supposed to go on the underside of the cushion. Since this cushion panel is made from a single piece, it's almost impossible to sew in the zipper. This wouldn't be a problem if it were made from two pieces.

Cutting it apart is not an option as the embroidered flowers are placed high up.

Is it possible to add a RV, or is there an alternative? Thank you.

Your description is very incomplete. Is this a cover (ie 2 layers of fabric like a bag)? Is he finished buying or self-made? If he's bought, he'll probably not be closed on all sides, because the piece of foam has to come in, like a bullshit where it doesn't work, no one will come up. If he is self-made, you have the opportunity to leave a page open and care for some projecting fabric so that you can wrap it around and sew the respective side of the zipper. Why you should cut across the flowers and sew the zipper, which of course belongs to the end between the top and bottom of the cover.

It's not our job to guess what to describe you were too lazy. Thanks for the time theft.

Oh, okay, I think now I understand your problem…

Well, fabric is flexible and that means that it does not necessarily have to go straight through flat. It is important that you fix the parts well on each other (cf. plug pins, clamps or, if necessary, a stitching seam with the hand)
