How do I report sick if I need to go to the emergency room?

Hello.

How do you call in sick at work if you have an emergency at night and need to go to the emergency room and stay in the hospital for a few days? Who certifies you as sick? What do you need to keep in mind?

As long as you're in the hospital, you'll get a corresponding "delivery certificate", ie a confirmation that you're in the hospital – which automatically means incapable of work, but not the classic AU form. You don't need this in inpatient treatment. You will receive the AU notice after you have been dismissed from the home or specialist, you should not be able to continue to work (now everything is electronic).

The doctor in the hospital. One call to the boss is enough
