How do I repair my USB stick?

I recently transferred all my 2022 photos and videos from my phone to a USB drive. Everything was working fine, but now the USB drive is no longer recognized. I've tried it on several devices to see if it might be my laptop, but the drive isn't showing up anywhere.

Does anyone know what I can do to save the data?

Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately no more… You need to prof. Tools – this looks like: comment image

(The picture shows an SD card but the principle is the same!)

The data are read directly by the memory unit and then it is attempted to assemble them correctly. Folds in about 40-50% of cases. In the event of success, we calculate 199 EUR for such data recovery.

Making fun makes hardly any sense except you want to buy one of the tools yourself and then hope that it will: https://multi-com.eu/,daten,id_pr,21328,key,rusolut-vnr-starter-kit.html

Don’t have to be – but you don’t have to do it yourself except you’re a very good developer and can replicate the firmware of the stick itself reverse engineers and the controller in software.

We use a tool called PC-3000 Flash or VNR for such cases.

If he is no longer visible in the disk management, you can throw him away.

However, if a data recovery is correct, it is possible in many cases.

Unfortunately, you can’t do anything anymore. The stick is dead.

You can’t fix a USB stick. If he is no longer recognized, he is in the bucket

And how do you want to save the data if the USB stick is nowhere.more is detected?

That’s why there are also specialist companies for this kind of thing that save people from paying the butt that forget about the backup.

chip down, read data, reverse XOR and Wearleveling and then reassemble the data in the correct order…

As an alternative to this, in a monolithic stick, the additional contacts under the paint can be found and read out data about it – as with this Micro-SD card: comment image
