How do I remove the black dots?

Is there black mold forming in the bathroom? I think the paint on the walls is peeling off; pieces of the paint are falling off or coming off. What should I do? I'm a novice when it comes to this sort of thing.

Good Morning,

It looks a lot. To make the mold that is forming or soon, everything has to go down where the stuff is on it. That's how you get rid of the stains. If you do this yourself, please wear an FFP2 mask.

That the bath is always very susceptible to mold should be known. Unfortunately, it is often impossible to do so much.

Here I was trying to consistently ventilate for 5 minutes after each shower. Especially in winter. This prevents the humidity after showering from condensing on the cold outside walls of the house and then contributing to the formation of mold.

It is also worth checking here, with which the hikes have been cleaned. If the plaster is white, it will be plaster plaster that has lost nothing in the bathroom on the wall. Because the plaster gives the mold a nutrient medium. However, cement plaster does not provide a nutrient medium. But also the dust that can stick to a wet wall is sufficient. The surfaces of the outer walls, especially on windows, should therefore be wiped off regularly.

The Bas should never get too cold. In winter it's fatal. Because cold air also leads to cold walls. If the cold enough, the mold will also reappear, which has a damper surface at the same time, as more water is deposited on the cold wall.

Akut would be here to do as follows:

– remove affected areas, remove plaster.

– the plaster is white, the whole plaster has to go down to the area.

– new plaster with cement plaster.

– Use mold-resistant paint when brushing (eg latex). Don't wallpaper!

– In the future the bathroom will be heated more and well ventilated after each shower. Window on typing doesn't help!

Greetings

Then you should send a painter in there. They also know exactly what they have to do to us. Maybe you'll even find a company that knows how to resonate. So, landlords, you must definitely take care of it.

If it's a sublet, it might be a case for the owner of the property… So then your landlord.

Remove all loose plaster parts, sprinkle unevenness, repaint with a latex paint that does not absorb water after drying and then ventilate several times every day, so that the mold cannot re-form.

If you are a layperson, let it be done by a professional.
