Hi, I just wanted to clean my monitor with glass cleaner, but unfortunately, there are a few streaks left on it. A quick search revealed that glass cleaner isn't very good for monitors either. But how do I get rid of said streaks? Water and a microfiber cloth didn't help, unfortunately.

I have a problem with Spotify or Prime Video: whenever I close the browser window, one or three of my screens go black for a brief moment, and then there's no connection to the PC for a brief millisecond. Then they all come back on, and an HDMI logo appears in the top left corner….

Get a monitor cleaner. The 2 larger spots on the right are possibly scratched. Of course you can’t wipe them away.
Fortunately, they are not scratched, only looks like this in the camera.
Would water + soap first fold or would it not be recommended?
I don’t recommend that. You don’t need much water for such an action and you can’t do it on a monitor.
