Hello Sofia269368

The humping could come from the inlet valve. In the screw connection of the hose, which is attached to the tap, there is a dirt sieve, even where the hose is attached to the washing machine, a dirt sieve could be located in the washing machine.

Put a bucket under the faucet and check if the water runs out with enough pressure. A 10 liter bucket should be full in 30-40 seconds.

It could also be that the humming comes from the lye pump. Then water could be in the bottom pan. Separate the power and tilt slightly forward, then water should come out below. After resetting, make a switch-on attempt. This can happen if you are unpredictable when opening the scavenging screen and leave the residual water out in a swell instead of carefully letting it out.

What am I supposed to do?

Read the user manual and judge you accordingly?

Seriously.
If you have set it and started it as described in the instructions (and also have checked the sources of error like “Blindspot in the water intake hose”, “cuffed root screen” or “Water tap not screwed up”), then we cannot help.

We cannot create remote diagnostics from here (before our computers).

But can it be that she just sits still for a while before she keeps washing? In some wash programs, rest is always a while in the middle.

No water or drain clogged (flow sieve).

Basically, the washing machine should be cleaned 2-3 times a year.

Possibly overloaded or the belt has jumped off.

Search for the secret book – which is accessible to anyone who purchased a washing machine. It’s called “control instructions”.

If this secret and desirable work of oblivion had fallen home, search on the Internet for the same work.

This looks simple – you select the necessary program on the small rod, if necessary select the temperature, higher or lower AND then on the Start press.

If you want it to go faster, press the button “fast”

And then you can Number of spines change, but that’s so important. Only if you wash wool sweaters, then the number should be reduced to about 600.

After setting the program and possibly another temperature than the standard, you still have to press START. And of course, the faucet must be turned.

Did she ever work? Or is she brand new? If new: Was the transport lock (4 screws on the back) removed?

There’s another “Start/Pause” button.

Root sieve empty? If this is full, the machine does not start. Or is the water shut down?

The operation of a washing machine must not be taught to anyone. Reading a user manual is enough. In most cases, however, a washing machine is self-explanatory even without a user manual.
