How do I manage to release an adrenaline rush in a controlled manner?
Here's the thing: I had a profound conversation with my brother this evening in which we talked about whether it is possible to induce adrenaline through meditation or other methods.
I'm talking about doing this in everyday situations, for example, to be able to lift more weights in the gym for a short time. Or whether it's even possible to control this while lying down and completely relaxed.
Of course this is dangerous, I am aware of that, but I would still like to learn this.
I've read that it's possible, but how isn't explained anywhere. There aren't even any YouTube videos on the topic.
If you know how to do this, can do it or perhaps know where I can read up on it, I would be happy to hear from you.
I could imagine that it is possible to release an adrenaline rush if you think very intensively of a situation that would release adrenaline with you and put you right into the Sitaution.
When I used to stand at the start of a competition, I’ve always noticed how adrenaline is spilled.
No, that’s stupid.
Adrenaline is only used in emergency. So if you can’t cause an emergency, you won’t be able to do that.
If you have no idea, please don’t answer
Show me your source you Hampelmann
Ok you Hampelmann 😂
I don’t know where you read that I asked if you were sleeping well. I didn’t want to know
Oh yes, have wonderfully slept 🥰😘 thanks to the demand!
All right, let’s go a bit with the search. Please look forward to untrained false information spreading intelligence brake 🤥🤥🤥

ANNEX This technique, which promotes deep relaxation, has been studied in several medical studies. Results show that regular practice of transcendental meditation can reduce the blood level of stress hormones such as epinephrine (adrenalin), norepinephrine and cortisol. This meditation technique activates the parasympathic nervous system and calms the sympathetic nervous system, which results in a lower release of stress hormones
in all these studies it is mentioned that it is possible to artificially spill adrenaline. Whether through relaxation or as a side effect of a study (convince yourself if you can English at all)
so put and covered
🩹 here for you a patch that you probably need now 😘
