How do I manage to release an adrenaline rush in a controlled manner?

Here's the thing: I had a profound conversation with my brother this evening in which we talked about whether it is possible to induce adrenaline through meditation or other methods.
I'm talking about doing this in everyday situations, for example, to be able to lift more weights in the gym for a short time. Or whether it's even possible to control this while lying down and completely relaxed.
Of course this is dangerous, I am aware of that, but I would still like to learn this.

I've read that it's possible, but how isn't explained anywhere. There aren't even any YouTube videos on the topic.

If you know how to do this, can do it or perhaps know where I can read up on it, I would be happy to hear from you.

I could imagine that it is possible to release an adrenaline rush if you think very intensively of a situation that would release adrenaline with you and put you right into the Sitaution.
When I used to stand at the start of a competition, I’ve always noticed how adrenaline is spilled.

No, that’s stupid.

Adrenaline is only used in emergency. So if you can’t cause an emergency, you won’t be able to do that.
