Yes, medium condoms fit me, but so do XXL condoms, and none of them were really loose or anything, but the medium one was a bit tight. I think it's good if it's tight because then it doesn't slip off or whatever. I tried one on a while ago that a colleague gave me a while ago and played with it a bit when I put it on, and it just ripped. What does that mean? And I've also noticed that when the condoms are fully unrolled, the ring at the bottom is almost invisible. That's the case with every brand. Because if it is, I can't unroll a condom properly.

The condom circumference should be about 10% smaller than the penis circumference. The condoms should be tight so they don’t slip. They don’t have to fit exactly in millimeters. 52mm can fit, and 56mm can also fit. 49mm would then probably be too tight (nearly). 60mm would be too big and could slip off.
