How do I handle taxes when working as a freelancer?

Hello, I have no idea about taxes. I've recently started a new freelance job that earns me around €2,000 a month. Do I have to pay the taxes myself every month, or how do I go about filing taxes?

Well, without being angry: With the basic knowledge, you should definitely look for a tax advisor for accounting, sales tax and income tax. Otherwise, this can go very hard. To clean up the mess in the aftermath of the tax advisor is a really fucking job – so please look for someone.

Questionnaire for tax collection already completed? Tax number received? Revenue tax deduction period?

You need to log in to the tax office and fill out the questionnaire for tax collection. A possible tax advance payment is then also determined. Are you sure this is a freelance activity? The 2000 is the turnover or profit?
