Should I grease the axle nut threads? What torque should I use to tighten them, and does the grease affect the required torque?

Nein, kein Fett. Du kannst aber das Achsgewinde mit einem öligen Lappen sauber machen.
Ja, mit dem Drehmoment musst du vorsichtig sein. Die Achse ist aus sehr hartem Stahl, die Mutter deutlich weicher. Man kann sie leicht kaputt ziehen.
In Newtonmeter kann ich das leider nicht übersetzen. Nur so viel: du solltest die Mutter nicht mit allerletzter Kraft anziehen.

Kein Fett oder Öl auf Gewinde, die zur Befestigung gedacht sind.
Das Drehmoment von deiner Achsmutter kenne ich nicht. Aber mit Durchmesser und Steigung kannst du ein Standart-Drehmoment googeln.
Natürlich beeinflusst Fett und Öl das Drehmoment, da das Gewinde ja nun später klemmt, weil die Reibung von Fett und Öl stark beeinflusst wird.
