How do I get to the Wi-Fi login page?
I wanted to connect to a public Wi-Fi network on my MacBook, but the login page doesn't appear. How can I solve this problem?

In addition to the suggestions already made here, I'd also suggest clearing your browser's cache. Have you ever logged into this network in the past?
Otherwise, you may have to completely disconnect your MacBook from this network again, delete the data in the Wi-Fi settings, and then reconnect to it completely.

Is there even a homepage for this Wi-Fi?
Do you have something like AdGuard or Little Snitch installed? They might be preventing you from accessing the homepage.
I have Avira Security installed. I turned off the virus protection, but that didn't help either.
Usually, once you connect to the Wi-Fi, it should say that you need to authorize yourself, or you can open the browser in the background and the tab should open automatically.
I already did that, but nothing happened.
