How do I get the employer certificate?
Hello,
I resigned on medical advice and filled out everything online yesterday for Unemployment Benefit 1. Now, apparently, I need a certificate of employment from my employer. I've never been in this situation before, which is why I wanted to ask if anyone could tell me how I can get one. Do I have to write a letter or email to my employer stating that I need it, do I have to send it to them myself, or how do I do it?

The form for the work certificate is usually available when applying for unemployment benefit from the Employment Agency:

Why do you ask if you think you know better?
Basically, only electronically, but, as with all, there are exceptions.
Print the pdf and send it to the employer, or send it to him by kind request.
This does not automatically prevent the displacement of a blocking time.
