Quark or natural yoghurt on it, it pulls the redness out and relieves the pain. But if you want to go back to the sun, wear something thin, long-sleeved, otherwise it will be so bad that you have to go to the doctor, possibly even to the hospital.

within a few hours you will not get rid of

Creaming, with aftersun or similar, that can at least relieve pain already, and drink enough

T-shirt over it so that the skin does not get any more sun

He stays as long as the skin needs healing. Aprés lotion can help Aloe Vera too.

You should definitely determine the skin when you go to the sun. I’d rather wear a t-shirt while driving jetsky. It would be better to let this be today and move to another day.

Cortisone cream. Although it takes time, it is the fastest method. Hodrocortisone is free of prescription.

No, it usually takes several days. A cooling gel can be applied to the skin.
