How do I get out of this situation?

It started with me being allowed to stay home alone last night.

I have a trans friend (not together) and she's having a bit of a difficult situation at home. I invited her there so she feels safe.

Well, this morning my sister came back while my friend and I were gaming. Then my sister told my parents that I had brought someone over.

Then my father called me and I lied at first until he said that my sister had told on it.

After that, I hit her and took her cell phone away. She used another cell phone to call my father, who then called me.

I gave her back the phone and my dad told my grandma to pick up my phone because he doesn't trust me anymore

I just wanted to help my friend and now I'm in serious trouble.

How do I get out of there?

Excuse me for lying, and then explain the situation.

Then tell him you can't clarify the situation if he doesn't listen to you! It is important to know both versions of history. Your father only heard your sister and not yours yet. It is not possible to resolve a dispute if you do not know both sides of the story.
