How do I get out of my nicotine addiction?

Hello, I'm 16 and have been smoking since I was about 11. Yes, I'm a child who's been slumping from one institution to the next, and I was/am on the wrong track. I'd like to try, as I often have before, to quit smoking or cut down. So my question:

How can I distract myself from the constant thoughts and cravings of smoking?

I'm happy to receive any message, but please remain polite, because I know it's not good and I want to change something. Best regards

Moin

In most people it helps to set a time and then nothing more

Research on the topic and the mode of action help to understand what exactly happens and qie is best handled with it

Change negative settings as I am a problem child

Make you aware why you don’t want to smoke anymore and write this down

Make you aware that you must not make exceptions

It accepts if you jack, the least will make it the first time.

Continue testing

Sports, much movement and distraction help

Sweets or gum help for short Craving

Others smoke if possible for a walk out of the way to be reminded less

These would be a few approaches, otherwise there are also smoking pampering clinics that can help. I wish a lot of success
