Hello, I ordered a package. It was supposed to arrive today, but I received a notification that the package wasn't delivered because the name on the door was missing, which isn't true. Now I wanted to ask how I can get my money back (I paid via PayPal, by the way, and it was delivered by DHL).

Must report to SHEIN. This does not automatically happen to my experience, as the packages do not go back to Chine but are sold in DE.
