How do I get more energy and motivation for leg day?
Hellooo to my gym girls
I have a specific problem with leg day. During my workout, I feel extremely weak and lack the energy or motivation to complete it. I usually quit and go home because I feel so bad. This only happens to me on leg dayโon the other hand, I really enjoy upper body training and always push through it.
I usually go to the gym early, eat only a banana beforehand, and drink water during my workout. Do you have any tips for getting more energy and motivation on leg day?
Thanks in advance for your help!
Just do 4 exercises. Knee bow beinstrexker leg bower and calf lift
Or leg press leg stretcher
Make sure legs belong to a good attractive body. If you only have upper bodies later, then nobody takes you seriously
Also make it clear that the legs pour out many growth hormones and thus also your upper body grows better.
Make it clear that you not only train your legs here, but your entire mentality and discipline over the whole life and your general life. You could simply say that the thick of your legs is related to your ability to bite you through something.
Be the last to realize that at some point you can reach the same feeling as in the upper body. In the beginning, shit and annoying, but it gets easier with time.
I’m a girl that makes my legs so important! But thanks for the tips ๐ซถ๐ป
Oh axhso I would have written differently
Then just stick to it that comes with time
Make eig always enough pause and weight is also suitable
Vllt also makes you too much weight or too short breaks. 2 minutes are good
Jaa legs Again no strength had to train hard enough
why bad?
Can still write differently ๐ I came from the gym and had a bad training again
what helps me to do basic exercises that are fun and see how I get better and better. In most cases one can move more weight than in the case of upper body exercises, making successes feel even more crazier, as I find. Generally, I just feel great with exercises that require the whole body, such as front squats or deadlifts.
Motivation brings nothing you need discipline. Torn
