How do I dispose of food correctly? (liquid and fatty)
Hi,
on the one hand, I have a somewhat sensitive drain that likes to clog up and on the other hand, it is often said that you shouldn't pour food down the drain because of the rats.
But how do you dispose of things that are too liquid for the bin? So the three-day-old pea stew that nobody wants anymore or the oily leftovers from the pan that only seem to solidify in the drain?
The pan is wiped out with kitchen crepe or newspaper paper and puts it in the household garbage. I would freeze the pea soup and not let go of it for three days, otherwise in a freeze and also in the household waste.
Three days go quickly into the country when the one-pot is nicely inflated in the rear part of the refrigerator;-)
But freeze and throw away this is a great idea. Thank you.
So, for example, I’m cutting a milk bag and I’m tipping it in. I’m doing a little thicker plastic bag and tie it tightly. And then in the rest
I’ll remember the idea with the milk bag when it comes to a lot of fat.
Great idea, thank you.
If you have a compost, you can dispose of the pea soup there (but the compost should be coverable)
the rats will be very happy!
therefore the cover 😉
Mine is absolutely dense
With us this comes into the green ton – organic waste!
The oil you best collect in a small bowl, and the other foods you throw into the biotonne!
in the toilet
With us there is a bio-tonne for this. However, you should wrap food residues very thick into old newspaper paper, because otherwise, just now in summer are Maden in the ton.
Get in the bathroom! If only tol oil is in the wash basin and let hot water run behind!
I’m sorry for the toilet and sink drain. That’s why I’ve dumped the superfluous goose fat from the roast for Christmas. No good idea.
Right. Years ago, the New Year’s Party spent the time screwing up, cleaning and re-application of the syphon. I was so smart to pour fondue fat into the drain. But by damage, you’re known to be smart.
Well, that’s a lot fat.
Well, that’s a lot fat.
I can lively imagine;-D
Unfortunately, I only realized that the gooseshmalt was fast in the cold water of the toilet. I no longer know exactly how I solved the problem, but I have worn rubber gloves under warranty!!!
For all the tips: Fill pot with goose ham with cold water, wait until it becomes firm and then dispose with kitchen crepe. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work with all the oils.
Don’t you have a biotonne?
But, of course, but most of all, what a broth would accumulate if I dispose of soup. It’s so disgusting. In addition, it would be my job to clean up the totally contaminated ton again…
So I have biomüll bag.
I’ll take food waste right out into the garbage can. I dispose of the pan fat by sucking it up with a kitchen roll and then placing it in the waste bucket.
