ebay classifieds always go, I give the other right. Otherwise look at facebook – there are endless groups where you can offer this thing.
Recycling farm, electric scrap. Sounds stupid. But there's electronics installed in some places, and that's why it's not easy to "shot".
At best, you could unscrew pure metal parts without any electronics and try to see if an old metal dealer will give you a few more euros for it. But just bring something when it's a really heavy device.
It's bulking.
All that you can usually take with you in a coating is bulking waste.

Advertise the part for free on eBay for €5 for pickup. If there's an emergency, you'll get away faster!
