How do I defrost frozen food without a microwave?

I have frozen chili con carne with rice and want to defrost it and eat it right away.

What's the best way to do this without a microwave?

in a warm water bath when frozen in a vessel/package, otherwise slowly warm in a pot on the stove and stir again and again

You should’ve taken that out last night so that it’s up tonight. The only thing you can try is let warm water run into sinks and put the can in there with the food to dry it up. Or you just put TK in the pan and heat it carefully on the stove.

Hello

I put it in a pot, and warm it slowly on the stove in it

Stir again and again – to add some water so that it does not burn

And not with excessive heat

I never need a microwave

Either put overnight in the refrigerator and then eat today or put out this morning in the kitchen and let it dry for lunch.

Otherwise you can also do it in a pan and heat it slowly with 0.5 to 1.

In the oven… slow… at 50 degrees maybe…or a little more.

Depending on how eager you have.

Adjusting the oven at a low level does not require a large amount of energy. In this way you can also dry fresh walnuts.

I’ll do the thawing with air. Not with upper/lower heat. But even very rare. With a new, modern oven, this is easy and fast.

In a pot on the stove with not too much heat.

Drop the frozen into the pot. Ideally, you can add some water to it so that it does not burn.

The best way to do this is to dry up with a hairdryer and then get into the oven.

In this way, you heat up the room, the fewest heat baptizes.

I have a hair dryer that has 2500 watts, so I can ignite world fires ala Oppenheimer ☝️🤣😎

Put into a vessel and put on the stove.

Heat best in a pot and on a medium level.
