How do I create such neon product photos?

Hello everyone,

I found various product photos/videos on TikTok that I would like to recreate as a rough template and inspiration (see image)

Since I'm not very familiar with product photography, my question is how did the photographer create this neon effect? Did they do it directly while taking the photo or afterwards, using Photoshop, for example? And what exactly do I need for that?

Thank you

Felix

This will be a quite normal, colored illuminated background or part of a lightbox. Of course, you can also make for freed products in any image processing.

To the quick:

Black plexiglass disc and a gray background with a purple LED lamp.

You can photograph the rest like here:

Yes because of this, product photographers are also well paid because they simply have enough experience to know what they do wrong.
A lot of work is done in post-processing by shooting several images on the tripod and later covering only certain image parts in Photoshop. Just keep picturing tutorials and trying out different ways they do in the video.
