How do I cancel my PowerPoint subscription?

Hello, it's a bit complicated but I took out a subscription to Microsoft 365 today and then I downloaded it and made a subscription for, like, 10 euros for myself and then everything downloaded but then it was suddenly gone. At first it wasn't a problem for me at all, after all I can log in at any time with my email and password and when I did it, it was gone but how?? Can I not cancel now?? I clicked on subscriptions and there was nothing even though money has already been deducted from my account for this month. I don't want to pay 10 euros every month for nothing, has this happened to anyone before and can someone please help me what should I do now?

Try it like this:

1. Login to account.microsoft.com.

Two. Look at “subscriptions” if your Microsoft 365 subscription is there.

3. If not, check if €10 were debited.

4. If you have completed the subscription via the Microsoft Store or an App Store (iOS/Android), check it out.

Five. If still nothing helps contact the Microsoft Support for help and if necessary Refund.
