I would see 60 as 6 ⋅ 10 and 0.6 as 6/10. It is then possible to shorten with 10 so that 6 ⋅ 6 remains. And the small one-time should be remembered to such an extent that 6 ⋅ 6 = 36 should no longer be a problem.

Multiplication -> inverse comma shift

60 = 0,6 = 6*6

60•0,1 is the same as 60:10? That would be 6, which is 10% and to come to 60% six times. That would be 36.

That’s what I’d do.

I reckon it (60*6)/10 = 360/10 = 36
