How do I access my Gmail without a password?

Hey, I was logged out of my Spotify account a few days ago and unfortunately forgot both the password and access to the associated email address. I rarely use this email address because it's exclusively for Spotify. Since I can't reset the password, I now have no access to my email address or my Premium Spotify account, where I've been collecting hits for years :'(

Is there any way to reset the password externally or to log in using the two security codes (which, surprisingly, I still have access to)? My Spotify account is very important to me, and I'd be reluctant to create a new one.
