How did you come up with your business idea?

The ideas come simple and surrender.

I m, 64, earn my money with 40 different things I do in my spare time, so I don’t work.

Here is an example for one of my 40 mini sessions. I go for a walk every day or make a small bike tour with my ebike or one of my lopifits. And by the way, if I sit on a river during the walk and read in a book, or during the bike tour, I simply let go a GoPro video camera that takes up the tour or the plundering river. The whole thing for me is not a “work” but “free time”. This video is then transferred to “my” freelancer, who cuts it, uploads it to my YouTube channel and takes care of the followers’ comments. We share the revenues of daily videos. The freelancer gets 75% and I get 25%. If the video of 30,000 people were viewed, we get 120 euros from Youtube (and others). So these are 90 euros for him and 30 euros for me. At 30 days a month (30 videos a month) the 900 Euro makes for me, just by the way. With an enterprise. The numbers should be just an example.

I also like simulators, so in my residential and business building I have set up spaces with racing simulator, golf simulator, flight simulator, etc… that I rent hours if I don’t use them myself. That’s what my freelancer cares about.

Example 9

My hobby is to be a mentalist and to inspire me for things like thought reading, body language and memory training. I have always been interested in these fascinating skills, and I have studied and refined them over time.

From time to time I visit people who are curious about how they can learn such skills themselves. On a weekend I will show them in their own home how to apply these techniques and use them in their everyday life.

I am also active in many other areas. I run Instagram pages and write Website blogs, Stock photos for platforms such as Adobe and Shutterstock and perform several Pages of Affiliate and various Web portals and Webshops. My projects range from one Ebay, Amazon and Etsy Shop to Seminars, which I offer both online (at Udemy) and live and services, such as Building websites.

I also organize Workshops and Books, inventing card games and rent rooms, e-bikes and Boat. I have one Escape room in which I offer exciting challenges, and furniture from old car parts – a creative way to combine recycling with design.

My activities go even further: I advise business founders, help them to implement their ideas, and establish together with other small businesses I’m running. And the best of it? I do all this at the same time.

If you don’t work in his life, from a age of 24, (and, so to speak, has already been retired), you have a lot of time for a variety of small projects, has never boredom, and is constantly inspired to learn new things and remain creative. It is an exciting mix of entrepreneurship, creativity and joy in helping and inspiring other people on their way.

All that feels like “work” for me, I leave freelancers or partners who take care of these tasks. I prefer to focus on the creative and strategic aspects of my projects – the things that really give me joy and inspire me. I delegate the rest of my work to professionals who do their job with passion and expertise, so I can fully concentrate on the essentials: to develop my ideas, to start new projects and to do this in all my diverse activities, what makes me the most fun.

You don’t have to after a spectacular business idea search. If you earn your money with 40 mini-acquisitions, as described above, and every venture only ca. 4 euros a day, so only EUR 125 per month, then you can live well from the sum (40 x 125 euros a month).
