How can you quickly learn the splits?

Thanks!

Hey, I'm 14 and I'd love to start ballet. But I'm a total dud. I had a taster class, and the problem was that all the girls there were aged 9-11. There was a 14-year-old there, and they were all much better than me. But I'd like to go with the older ones, who are…
I am 15 years old and I have already taken four dance classes (beginner, advanced, bronze and silver). I went to the first dance class alone because I was too shy to ask a girl in my class. Then I had a dance partner who asked me, but she was busy at the prom and…

Regular stretching!
As others have answered, there are numerous videos and exercises on the Internet that you can orientate (e.g. here: https://www.google.com/url?q=https://m.youtube.com/watch%3Fv%3DddcSjwAPQjM&sa=U&ved=2ahUKEwjuvKDugLf_AhVzi_0HHRpKADkQtwJ6BAgLEAE&usg=AOvVaw2pHsA, important is that you regularly practice. And never start stretching while you’re not yet warmed up – so run/jump best 2 minutes before you start to not overload your muscles. A slight pain/drawing is ok, but it should not hurt properly!
Active stretching is also helpful, e.g. by making “pulsive” movements or going to the limit of your balancing act and ripping up and down with strained muscles.
Good luck!
At YouTube, there are a lot of videos with exercises that encourage you and gradually take you. Success is relatively fast. Great success 👍🏻
