How can you lose weight in a short time?

Because I draw a lot in my room and do little exercise, I've gained weight and I'm wondering if I can lose as much fat as possible in a short amount of time without doing a lot of exercise?

No, just take the time to make sports. It’ll be worth it.

I’d start with a little, and then I’d get better. A quarter of an hour to a quarter of an hour would be good for the beginning (:
