If I want to learn, I buy an audio book with several chapters and put these chapters in my playlist so that they are played from time to time (and repeated) and I then either listen when I feel like it or tune out when I don't feel like it – because this happens over a longer period of time, I can also sort long contents very well according to importance and remember them permanently.
Flashcards are a great way to learn. Everyone learns differently, but you can choose the method that works best for you. When studying with flashcards, simply jot down the most important points (in bullet points; short sentences are also fine). You can also use the back of the cards, as they're perfect for writing. 😉 I can also recommend Schmidt for math. He explains the different topics clearly and step by step, so you're introduced to the topic and might even understand it by the end.
