You can’t really increase your IQ if you’ve survived puberty. Then the brain is finished. You can always train it, but a CPU won’t get faster through the programs it performs.

You didn’t ask how to raise intelligence, but the IQ. The IQ is the result of an IQ test, so the answer is: Learn for an IQ test.

You can learn the typical tasks that occur in an IQ test. To do this, you can make various online puzzles and specialize in these types of tasks. Typical fields are: analogies, matrices, number rows, head Calculation etc.

If you do this regularly, you will get better in it and will probably cut off better in an IQ test than without this exercise.

However, I want to emphasise once again that you do not increase your intelligence. Above all, you can increase this by learning many difficult and above all new tasks. Helpful could be, for example: learning programming, learning instruments, learning improvisation, learning challenging discussions, understanding new subject areas, writing books, learning scientific work, learning languages, learning motor tasks (e.g. parkour, dancing, juggling), learning orientation tasks, etc.

As if the IQ test can be significantly improved by pure practice. What a bullshit you!!!! The result of the IQ test as well as the intelligence correlate with each other. Yeah, with exercise you can improve it, but not as it comes from you. That sounds like from, for example, 100 to 130. That’s untrue! Why? Because it’s related to intelligence and you can improvise with it, as you write. Regardless of this, it is also a contradiction. Those who practice fine quote” analogies, matrices (without t by the way), number rows, head Calculation etc.”, he also trained his intelligence as he can better master your later listed things, some of them where it helps. One of the well-programmable is definitely good in -> Analogies, Matritzen, Number Series … why? see above, correlated. You obviously confuse smartness with intelligence. Otherwise, you can’t explain most points, and talent.

  • Get into a chess club.
  • Go to games, where board games are made.
  • By practicing with riddles.

In many people, the increase in intelligence is pure wishful thinking.

Because they don’t.

Yeah, you can train. Just don’t worry about the IQ. No longer in adulthood. Tell the sources. And if, then move brings more than a quizze. In many people, the increase in intelligence is pure wishful thinking.

That’s not true. The IQ is a measured value which evaluates certain properties.
