How can I use my eBay account again?
I tried to sign up, but now eBay is demanding that I verify my identity by sending me a security code via text message. For reasons unknown to me, my phone can no longer receive text messages.
So I indicated that I had a new number and dialed my sister's. She received the code, which I then entered. But now, because of the number change, eBay is asking me to confirm my identity again.
I'm supposed to take two photos: one of my ID and a selfie with the help of their partner, Veriff. Sorry, but this is too stupid for me. Isn't there another, easier way? I'm already considering creating a new account, but do I need a text message confirmation for that? It would be so easy if I received the confirmation code via email or phone call.

The eBay takes the security for its users seriously, may not be challenged.
And that your phone doesn’t work properly, you can only blame you.
I honestly don’t remember.
If you already have or had an eBay account, another eBay account is unlikely.
Registration by a confirmation code is not only common practice on eBay.
Maybe you just get a phone with intact SMS function?!
Does eBay offer only the SMS option?

Yeah, at least I don’t have another choice. But I just realized that I can order as a guest there. Through my course, I could also find most articles from my observation list. I’ll have to do it like that for the first time. But thanks for the answer.
