How can I unlock my Amazon account?

Hello. I have an Amazon account that was "temporarily" blocked for no reason. However, this problem has been going on for years. This message pops up every time I log in. I've contacted support several times by phone. Each representative has taken a different approach, but none have worked so far. The last representative promised that the account would be permanently deleted and I could set up a new one with my email address. But that never happened.

I don't even know why it was blocked. I sent myself something at the time, and I actually wanted to submit the invoice to my work, but because it was blocked, I was left with my money.

Does anyone know how I can convince customer service to do something about this? I always have to call because I can't access my account, so emailing or chatting isn't an option. I have the feeling support is overwhelmed, too, because after calling three times, the problem still persists. And why does it say "temporary" when it's been blocked for two years? An employee once said it was blocked because I didn't pay a bill immediately. That doesn't make sense, since at most I might get the first reminder, but never a second one. Has anyone had any experience with this? 🙁

Instead of wasting time with the old Acc, I would create a new one.

This is really not a problem.

you won't be locked up. Did you tell yourself you got a reminder and didn't react, that's enough.
