How can I stop drinking (so much) sweets?

I usually drink 1-3 sugar-free Monsters and 0.5 to 1.5 liters of sparkling water with sugar-free syrup a day.

It all started on my summer vacation when the water was simply disgusting and I therefore only drank zero soft drinks. Before that I almost only drank water at home and I liked the taste (the local one) but when I came back from vacation I just didn't like water anymore, it didn't taste good anymore and whenever I tried to drink just water I would get extremely thirsty by late afternoon at the latest and could only be quenched with something sweet and fizzy, so drinking 1 liter or more of water didn't help either.

But the problem now is that

1. I am actually disgusted by my own consumption

2.it costs a lot

3. creates a lot of waste

4.I just want to have normal drinking habits again.

I hope someone can help me…

Even if it sounds stupid – make it easy.

  • You know why
  • You want it
  • Go ahead.

I want to drink it from sweet stuff, now not to stylise to addiction, but the mechanisms are already similar. You’re always sedative.

Just drink water “without” and indulge your environment in your plan. They’re supposed to “watch” you when you get weak.

Also important – If you have regained to “Brause”, you have not completely failed. With each glass, you reopen the decision you drink.

How do I get rid of soft drinks?

Experts therefore recommend to gradually pamper yourself instead of banishing on the other sugary soft drinks from one day. If you drink several glasses of Cola a day, you should first screw your consumption back to a glass per day and after about three weeks only reach the soft drink three times a week.

Hello, Coolclaire.

There is no alternative.

If you don’t want water anymore, you have to avoid sugar-free drinks.

Look at Aldi, you get low-cost drinks.

Greetings, Renate.
