This depends on your previous knowledge and the time spent.West Europeans usually have problems with the pronunciation of many sounds that are not to be avoided in the Arabic language.Without previous knowledge at least 3 months to learn the basics, it also depends on whether you want to speak only or read Arabic. To speak it really fluent definitely a year for a novice without prior knowledge. These are just my personal assessments.

Hello

I am Osama from Palestine and wanted to ask if you are still interested in learning Arabic? If so, I can help you. In addition, we could use learning to support each other as I currently learn German. We could speak German while I teach you Arabic.

What do you think? If you are interested, we can discuss how and when we start.

I’m looking forward to your feedback!

Best regards

Osama
