How can I remove the camera strap from the Sony NEX 5R without cutting the strap?

By simply pulling the tip of the loop through the locks and loosening the upper part.

You can push the belt into the buckles and thus form a larger loop. Now it is easy to push the end of the strap out of the buckles. You can pull the end out of the eyelets.

the strap is guided with a loop over the small bow on the camera, the open end is guided for securing over a double web and is usually hidden under a cuff just before the fastening.

pull out the free end and further through the double web; it usually helps to push both belt parts together. then the free end can be simply pulled out.
