How can I opt out of digital advertising?

Since yesterday, I've been getting advertisements on my phone every two hours, and I don't know what I had to do to make this happen. I don't know much about this, but is it possible that I accepted the privacy policy or accidentally subscribed to something? I don't want to get these ads anymore. Is there any way to stop this?
