How can I learn to value FOOD differently?

I've always had a problem with food. It was always a support. When I was happy, I ate more and made myself even happier, etc.

I know many people who see food as a necessity and don't necessarily value it that highly! This isn't about anorexia, but rather about healthy eating habits.

How can I achieve this?

Start cooking yourself, then you get a much closer relationship to food.

You can just start. – Do you want tips or can you cook something? If YES, what?

I can’t cook. That’s also the problem. Food is too available. I order sometimes eat, my wife cooks etc.

So it’s not connected with anything… there could actually be the problem.

Right! And now you look at simpler dishes, what you like most; and you try to cook.

According to your description, I’d say that you have an approach of fat addiction.

This is something that you hardly get in touch without professional help.
