How can I learn to eat fish?
Hello 🙂 The question is already above, but I'd like to explain it: I don't like fish, but I'd like to overcome my fear. So, I generally like fish, but not for eating. I think it's because I'm a bit afraid of getting a fish bone stuck in my throat. I also don't really like the texture of fish.
Does anyone have any ideas how I could overcome this?😅
Eat noodles with salmon or tuna – where the fish is small so crushed as a noodle sauce. To find recipes Pasta al tonno and al salmone.

or eats halibutt- the decays of itself and has an untypically soft texture.
Conversely, a texture that is unusual for fish has tuna, swordfish and, in particular, sea tuft.
So also try raw fish in sushi or sashimi or acidgegarten (Ceviche), both also own textures.
Some people don’t like it and have to accept it.
If you don’t like fish, you don’t have to get over to eat fish. Why?
Almost everyone doesn’t like any food. It’s fish with you. That’s all right.
Maybe try smoked fish first.
For example, trout or mackerel.
Or salmon on bread/bread.
