How can I eat more?

Unfortunately, I've had zero appetite for some time now due to stress. I constantly feel full, and even after a sip of water or a small bite, I feel sick. On top of that, I'm relatively tall and relatively active due to my work, which is why my limited food intake makes me feel quite sluggish…

My question is: How can I stimulate my appetite? What can I eat that's high in calories and protein but doesn't fill me up?

If you’re not hungry, I can recommend Shakes. For example, I drank a shake of 100g oats, 2 bananas, an EL peanut butter every day, and half a liter of milk, possibly with some protein powder. In a meal, you get to about 1000kcal and a very good amount of protein. Otherwise, I can also recommend food with a high calorie density, e.g. nuts. Nuts are healthy, provide good fats and micronutrients, protein and have 600-700 kcal on 100g without strongly saturating.

You often have small meals. 😋

And over the day, nuts or so-called student food are constantly eating. 🥜

This has a lot of calories delivered a lot of energy.

I think you should learn to handle the stress better so he won’t beat your appetite. Stress management therapies could help.

Just imagine your favorite dinner before you. Then you’ll probably get appetite.

Bitter drops or the like have an appealing effect.
