How can I display artwork and an item showcase on my profile on Steam at the same time?

Hi, I'm level 11 on Steam and I'd like people to be able to see my item showcase and artwork on my profile. However, I can only select one thing on my profile and it will then be displayed. My question is, at what point can you select two things at once, because it works for others who are at a higher level. At what level exactly can you do that?

You get a showcase slot for your Steam profile every 10 levels.

So from level 20 you can issue two.

Yes, as it was written right here, the number of showcases tells the level.

You can't do it right now.
