enter in the input line diskmgmt

Then a program opens to manage all your PC’s drives.

Find out what you want to reinstall or delete. The rest is actually self-explanatory.

If you want to overwrite an additional built-in disk in running Windows so that the data can no longer be produced, you can do this with Partition Wizard is free:

Or if it has to be the PC’s system board, you’ll download the Ultimate Boot CD, which also includes:

Hi – to format your hard drive completely before you sell it, you can use the integrated formatting function of your operating system. The existing data on the hard drive is overwritten and the hard drive is reset to the original, factory-side configuration.

ABER! After normal Formatting could still be partially retrieved. If you want to make sure that no sensitive data is available on the hard drive, I recommend that you delete data using special tools to be carried out. These overwrite the hard drive several times with random data, making it virtually impossible to recover the data.

I hope I could help you.
