How can I better control my impulses?

I was lucky enough to find an apprenticeship. And even now, difficulties keep looming. Above all, I don't want to spend my whole life in a place like this. What can I do?

Well, break up. Make your job as good as you can. Training is about learning the profession. Your personal needs are secondary.

Just do what you say. Listen carefully, make notes if necessary. Ask if you don't understand. Ask if you did something right or wrong. Be a good colleague. Let's get the garbage out or cook coffee.

The training has ended after three years. After that, you can find a new company. Ideally, you will be taken over.

In the worst case, you will be canceled – without reason – in the trial period and the search starts from the front. So give you some trouble.
