How can I avoid slipping into laxative abuse?

Over the last few weeks I've tried quite often to avoid gaining weight/to somehow counteract it by using weight loss pills when I ate more than was okay for my eating disorder.

I've been struggling with anorexia for years (sometimes more, sometimes less) and yes, I've also been eating more than I wanted to lately and can't seem to cope with gaining weight. I'm also (again) almost at a normal weight and was really afraid of gaining weight, so I was looking for a way to avoid gaining weight (I can't seem to get overeating).

I would like to start therapy again, but I don't have a place right now

Do not change the deduction agent to the calorie scale.

No, you still take the calories. It’s just the weight of the food you ate and lots of water that’s gone.

Throw the rest away and don’t buy new ones. Now you’ve got the chance to intervene before it gets self-employed.
