How can I achieve my goal (modeling)?

Heyy 🙂

I've been thinking about becoming a model for a year now. I don't know if it's even possible for me to become one someday, but I hope so. I'm currently 14 (F) and will be 15 in July. I know a lot of models start their careers early, so I'm already thinking about it.

My question now is how I can become a model. I can't just take pictures and immediately become a model. I have to apply to an agency or something. Does anyone know of any good agencies in Germany? And do you have any tips on how to apply and then become a model [as easily as possible]?

My idol and role model is Jennie Kim. Unfortunately, I can't compare myself to her because she's still a K-pop idol and NOT JUST a model. I would love to be like her, but unfortunately, it's not possible.

Nevertheless, tips and such would help me

I don't have to worry about school. I have good grades and I'm doing well in school, so I've been thinking about modeling. I didn't say I wanted to start right away, I just wanted some advice on how to get started, because I want to start [SOON] SOMETIME, but not right now.
