You state that you entered the address correctly, the sender confirms that he used the correct address, then it could be that the address label was not attached correctly.
You personally have NO way to expedite the shipment, as you are only the recipient, not the sender. Only the sender can contact DHL, as they are the only one with a contract for transport with DHL, not you.

Die Adresse war von mir richtig eingegeben. Der Absender hatte es auch richtig eingegeben, das habe ich mir mehrmals versichern lassen.
Gut, dann warte halt bis es zugstellt wird oder doch zum ABsender wieder zurück geht
