How best to use your cell phone less?

I have read reports that today's youth, due to the frequent use of social media and the massive use of electronic devices, are less willing to learn or find it more difficult to remember content than on social media such as YouTube, Insta and Twitter.

I notice it myself! I try to read or play music for at least 1-2 hours a day, but I notice the dopamine withdrawal and reach for my phone.

I don't want that anymore. I want to get back to my old habits and read several books whose content interests me. But because of this cell phone addiction, I can't do that.

It worries me because it creates a certain kind of "boredom" that I find more than just horrible.

Be it memorability, certain content that I was able to memorize immediately at the time is switched off or even lost.

Does anyone have any tips or have the same problem?

What brought me something was a fitness watch. This displays at least the notifications from the coupled smartphone. This means I don’t have to take the wiping box in my hand.

Smartphones are largely distracted by the fact that when you take your hand, you are being conquered with all kinds of use.

During the last hike, I took my mystery books and n book. Well, the net reception was bad too. That meant that I didn’t really use the phone. Navigated with nem Garmin GPS device, or a paper card.

It is also good to be able to enjoy time without handy. At meetings with friends, food, …

Give the phone to your parents and tell them to give you the earliest in two hours.
